New Meta tournament

A simple 1v1 tournament to test new rules. everybody may send 1 amiibo.
If this goes well my future tournaments will have these rules

Mac and Cloud nerf-> Mac can not have any attack bonuses and must have 0 attack/Cloud must not have more than 40 attack and may have 1 attack bonus.
No EPS or Crit
No hacks
no items
2 stock 6 minutes
stages will be Legal DH, Battlefield,Random Omega
Grand finals will be 3stock 6minutes best of 5 Random Omega,Legal DH,BF,DL,FD
