Sonic or Mario?

My family has a huge debate about this.. My dad's side prefers Mario but my Mom's side prefers Sonic, i'm torn in the middle here.

But i wanted to ask, which do you prefer? Mario or Sonic?

I say Mario. it is just funner and i had a bad experience with sonic that i don't want to talk about.

Sonic. I mean sonics a blue hedgehog thats blue and super fast. Marios a fat plumber. (Im not saying i dont like like mario)

I prefer Mario, I'm terrible at every sonic game.

Sonic's not really that hard. Both annoy me to much i play one to much. I remain neutral :D

I'd have to say that I prefer Mario. But the three Sonic games I played that I actually enjoyed (both Adventures and Heroes) were awesome.

Heres what i think
* it depends on what game... Original sonic games i like more (new ones are stupid) ALL Mario GAMES ARE AWESOME!
* Nintendo ROCKS with Zelda, Starfox, Mario, etc. But basicaly the ONLY thing i like from sega is sonic...

These are my opinion though...

Oh but sonic heros and sonic adventure 1 and 2 were the best sonic games ever
