Rules
Best 2 out of 3
Double Elimination 1 on 1
Stat total must be equal to or under 120
S Tiers are limited to a max stat of 60 each, 120 total
EPS is banned
D Tiers can have up to a max of 150 stats total (Hey, there's only 4 D tiers, right?) (F tiers if @Havok's Tier list is updated)
Matches will be 2-stock 6 min. (Tie Breaker by Damage)
No Items
Little Mac BANNED
Matches will be held on Ω Battlefield, then on Final Destination, and if necessary, Ω Miiverse
amiibo collection date; Oct. 8th, 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time(?) (-7:00 EST)

The cost really comes from the equipment necessary to do so, from what I understand. Capture cards and the like. I don't think Twitch or Youtube charge you to stream on their site, just so long as you are able to get the video to them.
Here's a reddit post on the subject. There are a lot of expensive setups, but the bare bones, since you already own a WiiU, is a capture card.

Some people tried using periscope to stream, but that isn't the best quality.

We literally just have an elgato game capture to stream. You have to have good internet too though. At LEAST 1.5 upload to stream at all. It will look awful, but its doable. Or if you have a really good computer, you can make it better. Besides the elgato, you have to download obs to stream on twitch. There is some more to it but my wife is calling. Just pm me if you want any info.

Forget about streaming.....I don't NEED streaming anyways.....although I would like to stream still...

Thanks for the .bin's! I will rename accordingly to each entrant i.e. Mario = Arklaine, Pit = Trainer Blue, once I have access to the computer again!
