NSMB 16-bit Pack v1.0

First topic message reminder :

This pack will have all the tilesets in NSMB in 16-bit, so people can use them without them being unfitting compared to the rest of the tiles and stuff in SMBX. Right now I've "16-bit-ed" the castle, desert, and beach.
