 Rules:
   2 Stock.
   5 minutes
  All amiibo must be Level 50 and Stats equal 120 across Atk/Def/Spd
  No Little Mac, Crit Hit, Explosive Shield, or Item granting bonuses
  A single stock match will be used to determine a timeout
  Double Elimination, Losers will be ran on 3DS
  Custom Moves are allowed on amiibo
