Update on stuff

I went and revamped the look of the forum oh no

I think it looks much better now (and matches our modern culture while paying homage to our past)

Legit-looking site now!

Edit: @Switch one thing I did notice though is that the logo in the banner jumps to the right quickly before disappearing while scrolling down. Other than that everything looks great

To add to this, I've done a bit of forum reorganization. Most if not all of the sections have been updated with new names and descriptions. Unused sections have been archived. No posts or threads were deleted.
