G&W amiibo training help

I've tried so hard to make this amiibo good in a no EPS and no crits metagame, but it never turns out well. G&W is just a flawed amiibo, mirror matching him is painful, his roll is horrible, and he's overall just flawed. If anyone has gotten a certain stat and bonus spread to work on him, then I'll test it out along with some new training.
(Training help is also appreciated.)

Efficient panic actually makes him use the move, and it's useful since it's a good distance disjointed move.

I havent had much luck with G&W in a 1v1 situation ethier. Although he is really good in 2v2 situations. I know you said no EPS, but I tried to train him to be aggressive and gave him EPS so punishes wouldnt be that bad.

I'm seeing some success with 80/80/-40 with Moon Launcher, Mirror Shield, and Improved Escape.

I wonder if the up b that goes the highest (without the parachute) Would help from him getting punished from using it.

Mine never uses up-b on stage, he only uses it to recover.
