F-Tiers, D-Tiers Banned (Not D+ Tiers, though)
S-Tiers must have a max of 60 total

Oh yeah, after GMAT 4, every 2nd tourney will be a special one, with odd # tourneys being more normal!

Plans changed...again...tourney delayed until further notice...hey, more time to train amiibo, amirite?

Sorry.  I don't have any that will work for GMAT4.  I'll have to miss this one.

All you have to do is change the stats to whatever/200/whatever and the bonuses to shield-related bonuses.
Just make a new .bin file
BTW I have loads of HW so GMAT 4 will be delayed until I have the time!

Umm I was unsure about that, but I quickly revised the rules and he can enter!
