Interesting habit

I am currently training two entrants for the super Mario Maker tournament, one of the amiibo i have thats not going the tournament has developed quite an interesting habit.
They grab more often on the ledge with lava, and it leads to KO's
You know when amiibo escape other amiibo's grabs? well, they're stuck in a "Let go animation"
and the let go animation is too long which makes other amiibo fall into the lava,
Quite interesting isn't it?
