Amiibo: Wave 1 Discussion

This thread is used for the discussion of Wave 1 amiibo. As the image above suggests, Wave 1 includes Mario, Peach, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Link, Fox, Samus, Wii Fit Trainer, Villager, Pikachu, Kirby, and Marth - and was originally released on November 21st, 2014. They are all compatible with Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS, while Mario, Link, Samus, Kirby, Fox, Donkey Kong, Peach, and Yoshi are compatible with Mario Kart 8. Some other games like Mario Party 10 and Hyrule Warriors support every amiibo.

However, some amiibo in this wave are very rare. If you're looking to get your hands on one of these figures, it may be more difficult depending on who you go for. Below is a completely unofficial chart depicting the rarity of amiibo. It will be updated as amiibo stock is created or lost.
