Help to upload level

I just don't known how to put a level to download. Can someone explain me, please?

Ok.
1. Move your level into a folder. If it has custom graphics or music, put it in that folder.
2. Right click and select "Send to" Compressed File (zip).
3. Go to sendspace.
4. Drag the zip file into sendspace and click upload.
5. Copy the link when it has uploaded and paste it in a topic about your level.

Screenshots (in case you don't you know)
1. Go to Postimage
2. Select the screenshot you wish to upload and click upload
3. Copy the DIRECT LINK and paste it in the topic about your level as well so it doesn't get locked.
