Normal and HD SMBX Graphics

I, ADventuresVDO aka Jimmy Brickfilm, am here to tell you about my feelings about HD, 1x1 graphics.

You know how people get on you for not completely using 2x2 graphics? Graphics that are 2x2 are what I call NORMAL GRAPHICS. 2x2 graphics are what most people use for SMBX, since it shows up better.

Well, when someone makes a graphic made up of full or mostly 1x1 graphics (2x2 happening in the occasional square), these graphics are what I call HD Graphics. Most people in the SMBX community try to avoid these, usually because it makes an intentional 2x2 grphic look uglier. I agree, but don't you think that someone with a dedicated mind could make a whole episode of HD graphics and be the first to say "Hello world! I am the first person to make an SMBX episode with HD graphics!"?

I kind of hope that one dedicated player makes an HD episode to help go outside the boundaries of the 2x2 gfx rule and prove to the world of SMBX players that HD can be a good thing.

Some guy make a episodie full of 1x1 GFX. Comes with a minigame house when you need to move a hand to pick items! I don´t remenber where is it... But CosmicBowja show it to me.

I highly doubt it because of the amount of work involved, but I wouldn't mind revamping it a little, with some of the new GFX that have been released since SMBX production work died.

HD Graphics. I might look into that.

I know an episode that deals with HD like graphics, it's called NSMBX Revolution, it also includes nsmbwii level graphics
