Ask me anything SMBX related/"informary"

This area is for anyone to ask me anything relative to SMBX. If you post anything irrelevant, on a constant basis, then I will either ask to lock this topic, or I will delete it if possible.

This means that you can't ask things like "What is the square root of 7?" or "How do you solve 11 _<_ 15 + x?"

I am serious about that! I will only accept these on my other ask me anything!

Note: An "informary" is a Jictionary word, which is a dictionary of my own. An informary is an area where, if I can't answer something, someone can come up and explain it. My other ask me anything will be one as well.

How do you make spikes appear when the player touches a certain area on the ground while letting enemies not trigger it and it has to be once you touch the ground.

Have an instantaneous warp there to an identical area, with an npc that will trigger the spikes to appear in that copy of the area when you catch up to it. I'd tell you where to put the event in the Events area, but I can't remember what it was... It was like a first-see activation kind of thing. That was the first idea to pop up in my mind. :L

Wow. If I remake Mario Masochism this is gonna help.
