You're getting a lot better, but there are still some improvements that could be made. First, the graphic seems very small. This is because the pixels in that graphic are 1x1 pixels. I'd recommend resizing them by 200% (if you are using Paint.NET). If you have any further questions regarding resizing, I'd be happy to help you.

It looks a bit blurry. You might also want to recolor it to SMB3 colors.

I gonna say that... Try in MFGG. There a lot of sprites that you can use.
