Wario as playable character

Greetings everyone.
I'm new on those forums.
I saw somebody was making Wario and Waluigi as a playable character, wich replace Toad and Link.
But it looks like he never made it.
So can someone make Wario as a playable character, wich replaces Toad, that would be awesome. :B:

Or a least teach me how to create graphics.

..but not replacing Toad. You see, he requested Wario replacing Toad.
