Recolor Palettes Empty Recolor Palettes

I need color palettes for SMB1, 2, 3, and SMW so that I can fix some of my unreleased GFX. I've never really done this kind of recolor before, so a little explanation on how it works would help as well.

Oh that is pretty simple. All you do is open the GFX and the palette in whichever Paint program you use. Then select a colour from the palette that you want with the eye dropper tool and then colour your GFX. I hope that is what you meant otherwise I've got no idea... :L
