I don't quite know if this existed before or not, but the idea is we just drop the names of all online retailers that we have had positive encounters with when shopping online. This list can include eBay accounts and Amazon retailers and all other such nonsense.

There is one that I know of.
I don't remember the name, but they had HORRIBLE ratings and the best ones were 3-stars, which were ones that didn't arrive yet.

Watch out for low prices and horrible ratings.
