BAT#2 Brawl Newcomers

Since BAT#1 went Well, it is time to announce BAT#2.
BAT#2's theme will be Brawl newcomers, all Brawl Newcomers are:
-Pit
-Diddy Kong
-Lucario
-Toon Link
-Charizard
-Zero Suit Samus
-Ike
-King DeDeDe
-Meta Knight
-Olimar
-Sonic
-Wario
-Lucas
-R.O.B.

Rules:
-No Explosive Perfect Shield
-No hacked stats(Meaning stats are over 120 in total.)
-Tourney will start on October 22nd, by October 21st.(11.59 PM, Tourney will begin right after entrants are due, but I mean, it's still the 22nd.
-Results will be live posted in the comments.
-Round 1 is on Final Destination, Round 2 is on Battlefield, and Round 3(If needed) will be on Smashville!(adding variety)

Not many... the Ness and Lucina I was SUPPOSED to get Friday would've made 17. But that didn't work out due to Hurricane Mathew, because now they're getting the restock late. Ness will be available Wednesday, Lucina Thursday.
