How do I use twitter

I have gotten a twitter account recently to keep up with ACE, how Do I use it?
I don't know how to post to a specific person/conversation.
I'm using it on a 3ds by the way.

What is your Twitter tag by the way? I need to follow you and vice versa.

Anyway, basically you just have to tap on the Reply button on the bottom left of the Tweet. And that's all there is to it! Alternatively, you can tap on the Tweet itself, and that may give you an option to reply. I don't know much about using Twitter on a 3DS, but I hope this helped!

EDIT: Never mind about your tag, I just followed you. Your tag is "@Nick_Ural", right?
