Does someone remember this game?

I have a problem, I remember playing a game long ago, it was an skateboarding game, i don't remember very well the stuff but i remember that one of the stages was in some kind of parade and you where jumping from a car to another (Big parade cars) and another was some kind of circus that had a crocodile on some green water, The last level that i remember was some kind of school that you can grind on lots of stuff

Yeah, i think that is that one. I'm not pretty sure because i'm writing this on the psp and can't check it but when i get the computer back i'm going to look at it.
