(SMB3 styled) Flandre Scarlet sidescroller sprite

I need a SMB3 styled Flandre Scarlet sprite that is acting like SMB3 Bowser. For those who do not know who Flandre Scarlet is you can check it here.

It should replace the SMB3 Bowser and also it must have 2x2 pixels. If the SMB3 does not work right then you can do it with any styles if you want.

I also need a flandre scarlet *I made a request first*
