Could someone help me with this graphic I'm working on

Hey, so I've been working on a better Metool sprite by using a Mega Man 8 rip. I probably spent at least two hours putting the Darn thing together and making the mask. When I insert, it kind of just cycles through the frames with no flow of animation. What did I do wrong? Is there a limit to the amount of frames?

hmmm I did not see much, if any change. Someone had told me I would have to redo all the graphics. Either I would have to make them all the same size (I thought they were), resize them (which I think would make the graphic look weird), or do some crazy thing with the mask. Thanks anyway.
