I've been wondering recently, if you combine the quick smasher bonus effect with the hyper smasher bonus effect, what happens? According to the Equipment Wiki Page, the quick smasher bonus makes smash attacks charge twice as fast, while the hyper smasher bonus makes smash attacks take 35% longer to charge and charge damage is multiplied by 1.3x.
Taking those stats into account, my question is essentially, would this combination make charged smash attacks deal 1.3x damage even though the smash is (in theory) being charged 1.3x faster? As in, does a smash attack's damage depend on percent completion of a charge, or does it depend directly on the amount of time spent charging regardless of completion?
