Is it frowned upon to send past tournament winners to more tournaments?

I Title. I just want to keep making my Roy better, but I don't want to send him if entering past winners is frowned upon.

As far as I am aware of, It's not frowned upon to keep sending Tournament winners

Generally, long as it's not a Mac, Bowser or a Ganon that constantly wins, I think everyone doesn't have any issues with it.
