Also, I AM going to use the names of the tropes according to the website, if you ever want to check them out. Maybe you could look for examples of other things using these tropes.
- Elemental Embodiement
The entire concept of the elementals being alive and sentient and all that plays through this trope perfectly fine. Heck, Minerva's character is exactly this.


- Elemental Shapeshifter
Chris can turn into a ghost-reaper thing using the element of Darkness. Need I say more?


- Sinister Scythe
And what weapon does Chris like to use when he becomes an embodiement of his element?


- Massive Multiplayer Crossover
Let's see, we've got SCP characters, HDN characters, Original Characters, and more to come in the future. The reason why this is possible is due to the next trope.


- Dimensional Traveler
The entire Academy runs on the principle of this trope. The heroes travel from one dimension to the next, to help the dimensional guardians.

- Big Good
Eli and the other dimensional guardians are powerful enough to consider fighting an entire army with just 3 people technically fighting, although one of them summons an army. Their authority in the Academy is undeniable, as the reason it exists is essentially to aid them in their tasks.

- Elemental Rock-Paper-Scissors
Dark Magic and Light magic are both strong against eachother, but I'm certain fire elementals wouldn't be too pleased if you threw a bucket of water onto to them.

- Bad Powers, Good People
Chris, despite having control over the element of darkness and looking rather sinister when using those powers to enhance himself, is actually using them for good.

- Nanomachines (When Chris was a Cyborg)

Only one head exploded in the entire story, but it was an example of this trope.

- Dangerous Forbidden Technique
This is actually why the previous trope happened, as Chris summoned something so dangerous simply hearing its name could kill you. It was so dangerous, the dimension it was in had to be put in a lockdown state and then purged to prevent it from invading other dimensions.
